Preview for Hearts and Crafts
Spent the day at the market buying too many pounds of potatoes, taking photos, helping my friend weave her first scarf and watching 30 rock. Tomorrow I'll weave...

Hearts and Crafts Show for Valentine's!
I'm excited to say pidgepidge's second craft show is coming up in just a few weeks!
Here are the details for Hearts and Crafts:
Happy to be a part of a show one week before Valentine's and to be testing out some jewelry creations.. These are photos from other Christmas presents I gave this year. I had intended to use them as templates for a few styles to offer on my etsy shop. They have turned into an inspired starting off point. I have 10 necklaces complete and, like the scarves, no two are alike. I guess I just love experimenting with color combinations and texture contrasts no matter the medium.

New Scarf and sneak peak
The latest scarf in the shop inspired by a Gap commercial, of all things.. Below was my sister's Christmas present and a sneak peak of another section of the pidgepidge shop I'll be adding in a few weeks (trying out at the Hearts and Crafts show in February).

Handwoven Gray and Red Scarf
I'm in Buffalo for the weekend visiting family for a belated Christmas. So excited I could bring my laptop- freedom!
Here's the 2nd scarf this week- I'll be sad when I run out of what seems like my never ending supply of recycled sweater yarn.
Can't wait to finally share photos of the gifts I made this year. In fact- I might just now..

Happy New Year!
Had an awesome new year's party complete with tasty goodies, orange tangerine mimosas, great friends, a raucous sing along and lots of laughter. Albert and I are still in clean-up mode and are happily finishing all the chocolate left behind. Yesterday I wove 2 scarves- this handsome guy and another for my friend, Amy, who taught me letterpress. I went on another yarn spree- lots of new goodies for my paint box.
